Service Description: The following restrictions on travel times shall apply to: (1) Freeways — in general. No travel will be allowed between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 am or between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on any day of the week. (2) Arterial roadways. No travel will be allowed between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 am or between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. RED highlights all the roads that fall under functional classes 1-4 (cannot travel on) during rush hour periods (7-9am & 3-7pm) by permit vehicles per RIGL 31-25-21. GREY highlight all the roads in functional classes 5-7 (can travel on) during rush hour periods (7-9am & 3-7pm) by permit vehicles per RIGL 31-25-21.
